So, here on my dashboard, guys, something I need to clarify really, really quick before we get started. Okay, now I want you to know that on Systeme.io, you can reach out to 2,000 persons on the free version.
Understanding Systeme.io’s Contact Limitations
So, if you’re making use of the free version, you should know that 2,000 contacts is what you can make use of. Any of your email lists exceeding 2,000 contacts, you will need to go for a paid plan.
Dispelling Common Misconceptions
So, let’s say you have a contact list of 2,500. Okay, you need to go for a paid plan because the free version would only take 2,000 contact lists. Right, so if your contact list or your email list is above 2,000, you need to go for a paid plan. That is something I would need to clarify because many of you might watch this video and think that you can send 10,000 emails with a free plan. No, you can’t. You need to go for a paid plan.
Emphasizing the Importance of Systeme.io Plans
So, if you have a list with 2,000 contact lists, you can send 2,000 emails absolutely for free. You can reach out to these people absolutely for free. So, that is something I need to clarify. Good, now that I’ve clarified that, I’m very, very sure I am understood.
Navigating the Systeme.io Contact Import Process
So, for you to be able to send B emails, the first thing you have to do is you need to make sure you have your contact link.
Step-by-Step Guide to Importing Contacts
So, if you don’t have a contact L and you would like to learn how to import your contact list, maybe you have your email list on a spreadsheet, right? And you’d like to learn how to import your email list into Systeme.io. All you have to do is to click on the contact, and if you click on contact, you’ll be seeing that you have two dropdown menus, and you want to click on the first one there, that is contacts. Okay, once you click on that, you can see on this dashboard I have over 451 contacts, right? And for you, if you need to import your contact, all you have to do is to click on import contact.
Understanding the CSV Format Requirement
So, once you click on import contact here, you’re going to be having access to import your contact. And please make sure that your contact is stored in a CSV format because Systeme.io would only take CSV format and not TST format or any other format. They work with CSV format. So, please make sure you abide by this instruction. CSV format is what you should have as your email list format. Right, so if you have gotten a CSV format, you can now import that into your word Systeme.io account, and you’re going to be having access to reach out to people whenever you want to reach out to them.
Crafting a Catchy Subject Line
So now that I already have my own contact imported, over 451 contacts have been imported. How do I now send B emails to these guys? It is very, very easy and very, very simple to do.
Writing Your Email Content
All I have to do right now is, you can see where it says emails, click on emails, and you want to come over to newsletter, and you click over to newsletter. You want to click on create new. So once you click on create new, you’re going to be creating a brand new newsletter, and this is where you’re going to be sending messages or emails to every one of your contact lists that you have imported. Okay, so if you have imported your contact list, this is actually the place where you are going to be sending them a message every now and then.
Setting Up Your Newsletter
So, the first thing you want to do right now is you want to put in your subject line. So, what does a subject line do? A subject line is basically a phrase that gets to hook your email list or your audience or your subscribers.
Customizing Your Sender Information
So, I’m just going to play around here just to show you guys how easy it is to send B emails using Systeme.io. So, I’m going to click on maybe, “Hello, my cat just jumped.” Okay, so people will be like curious, “Wow, your cat just jumped out of the window. Why? Who is your cat? Why are you sending me this? What is the relationship between me and your cat?” and stuff like that. Right, so you want to be very, very sure that you create something very, very catchy. Right, so the thing you want to do right now is you want to put in the sender name.
Composing Your Email Message
So, your sender name is what name are they going to be seeing? What name are people going to be seeing? Okay, so my name is what I want people to see. So, the sender name is going to be my name. If you don’t want to put your name here, you can put in something else. And you can see the sender email is already the email address I use in creating the Systeme.io account. So, very, very simple.
Finalizing Your Email Settings
So what you’re going to do right now is you want to click on classic editor. Okay, once you click on classic editor, you don’t want to put visuals. Make sure you use the classic editor. So once you click on classic editor, you want to click on save. Okay, so once you click on save or automatically it has been saved.
Selecting Your Contact List
So all you have to do right now is to just open it, and we are going to be crafting out all our messages and every other thing that we want to send to people. So, this is where you get to type in everything you want to send to them. So, let’s say you want to tell them something about your cat. You can just do the typing and do everything that you need to do, right? So, this is actually where you type all the messages you want to send to your audience or to your email list.
Sending Your Email
So, I’m not going to waste my time typing right. I’m just going to leave this on default like, “Just checking up. Okay.” So, this is cool. Just to show you, this is an example. Of course, I can’t send this to somebody. This is just me showing you how to use the Systeme.io um software or site to send B emails absolutely for free. So, you can see now the email setting is where I’m going to be having my name, the sender email address, and all of that.
Wrapping Up Your Email Campaign
So, let’s say you have an attachment you want to put in, maybe you have a PDF, you have a picture, you have a video you’d like to attach. You can actually do that by clicking on add an attachment. So, that is that on that. Now, good, you want to see something that comes to contact settings. Okay, so for contact setting, all you have to do is you want to select the email list. Okay, all your email lists. So, you want to reach out to everybody that is on your email list. So, click on that. Very, very good. So, we already have that clicked on already. You can see the email list has been added. So, everybody that we are sending this message, they will receive it if they are on our email list. So, if they are on our email list, they will get the message from us. Very, very simple to do.
Reviewing and Sending Your Email
Once you are done with everything that you need to do, all you have to do is come over here and you can see where it says save. Okay, click on the save button, and once you click on the save button, if you’d like to send this to them at once, all you have to do is just click on Save and send. So, once you save and send, automatically it’s going to get blasted to all of your email list. So, everyone that has been added to your email list, they basically get this email that you are sending to them. So, guys, it’s very, very easy and very, very simple to start sending emails using Systeme.
